Looking back to my two and a half years of journey with Progcap, it’s like unveiling a dream from where we started and where we’ve reached in no time. I can say we are warming up for the main run. The pace of the organization is so grand that there hasn’t been a single dull day at Progcap. The speed at which we pivot and adapt to the challenges and circumstances wouldn’t be possible without the highly motivated team, so kudos to our Progcap Family for working at that pace.
It’s been said only the lucky ones get their dream job. I guess life has been kind enough to me 2 years back when I was presented with this opportunity. Coming from Mckinsey, it seemed like a big leap of faith joining a startup none of my friends had heard about back then. But one conversation with the founders and I knew this is the place I belong.
